Q: I have sensitive ears, can I wear your jewelry?
We suggest sticking to our sterling silver and stainless steel pieces if you have sensitive ears. However, everyone reacts differently to different sorts of metals.
Q: How should I take care of my jewelry?
- Store the jewelry in the Mish and Co pouch.
- Clean the jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and keep it dry.
- Do not expose the jewelry to any sort of perfumes, lotions & oils.
- Put it on after applying makeup and take it off before bed.
Q: How long does delivery take?
In Karachi, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Rest of Pakistan, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD & Online bank transfer.

Q: Can I return/exchange?
No, we have a strict no return/exchange policy. All sales are final.
Q: What if the jewelry is damaged?
If our jewelry is damaged, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise we cannot exchange it.
Q: My jewelry has turned black. What should I do?
That brings us to our Back to life Program. We offer 22k Gold re-plating on any old/tarnished mish & co jewelry at a small fee of 500/- pkr including delivery.
Q: I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
We don’t accept cancellation requests 6 hours after receiving the order as by then the order has already been dispatched. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. If you let us know before the given timeframe we will happily cancel the order.
