We accept COD & Online bank transfer.  Please note for gift packaging we require bank payment.

Basic Shipping rates: Karachi: 350/- pkr & Outside Karachi: 400/- pkr.

Fast Shipping rates: Karachi: 500/- pkr & Outside Karachi: 850/- pkr.

We use stainless steel, copper & sterling silver. All the products available on our website have been tested and we take quality control very seriously. Sterling silver and stainless steel are ideal for sensitive ears. Read more about our materials. 

- Store the jewelry in the Mish and Co pouch.

- Clean the jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and keep it dry.

- Do not expose the jewelry to any sort of perfumes, lotions & oils. 

- Put it on after applying makeup and take it off before bed.

That brings us to our Back to Life Program. We offer 22k Gold re-plating on any old/faded mish & co jewelry at a small fee of 500/- pkr excluding delivery.

No, we have a strict no return/exchange policy. All sales are final.

If our jewelry is damaged upon arrival, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise, we cannot exchange it.

We don’t accept cancellation requests 6 hours after receiving the order or if the order has already been dispatched. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. If you let us know before the given timeframe we will happily cancel the order. 

In Karachi, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Rest of Pakistan, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

We also have options for fast delivery.

Pre orders are an exception - the expected delivery time is approx. 2 weeks.

Please select gift packaging if you plan to gift your jewelry and want everything packed in different boxes. We don’t give extra packaging or pack pieces separately.
